How the Trend Score works

Each stock is awarded 1 point for each of 8 bullish signals. The total score determines the trend classification:

The 8 signals explained

What is a Trend in Trading?

A trend is the overall direction of a market or asset's price over time. Uptrends are identified by higher swing highs and higher swing lows. Downtrends are identified by lower swing highs and lower swing lows. Sideways trends occur when price moves within a range without a clear directional bias.
